Had a fender bender in NYC, and my car is registered in another state (and has been for 7 years). I am an airline employee and do not live in NY, but rather use the car to get back and forth to the airport from a crashpad.
Anyone have any advice on what to expect or how to proceed with Insurance (report filed)?
Will the insurance company track my cars movements somehow, and then possibly drop me and will the state prosecute me for fraud (I was not aware this was illegal).
It's my first accident in 25 years, and I have a clean driving record.
