Is this a legitimate secondary chain market exchange?

The website is axoni(dot)co. The prices differ greatly from what we typically see but my understanding of it is because assets are priced based on the current (low) liquidity on the exchange itself.

Has anyone tried it? Were you able to withdraw stablecoins or crypto from that wallet onto somewhere else?
