Fidelity now adding SPX option surcharge.

The CBOE adds extra exchange fees for some of their single listed products such as the SPX,. In the past Fidelity has not passed on these extra fees. They were the only broker I know of that didn't.

That changed May 4th. They are now passing on extra fees as follows (which also include NDX on the Nasdaq),

SPX – .50 a contract

NDX -.45

VIX – .30

RUT – .15

DJX – .14

XEO – .35

OEX – .30

Note the SPX surcharge is slightly less then other brokers.
