I was rear ended by a female driver on May 8th around 12:30am, at 29th AVE N while going to pick up a Lyft passenger waiting for the traffic light to turn green. She hit me, going around 30 miles per hour. She fled after I took her license plate picture. I called the police, and the police made a report, the officer says he’s going to get her, after he finished. I don’t have physical injury, I just feel head pain and panic. Disoriented don’t know how to react.
I contacted my insurance company Geico, and they told me to contact Lyft. Lyft sent a email and told me I need to pay 2500 deductible fee.
I’ve never dealt with such things, good people if you know what to do next, please give me your advice!
