Help setting up secure dedicated machine for cold storage

I want to set up a compact chromebook/laptop strictly for the purpose of receive and hold for my bitcoin. Im using a trezor 5 safe with trezor suite.

Would it be more secure to buy a ChromeOS?

Or a laptop ran with Tails OS bootable from a usb?

Looking for any recommendations on devices or advice!
