My wife was involved in a wreck in April. My wife was stopped making a left turn. Turn signal on. 17 year old with a suspended drivers license on her phone hit my wife at around 40. No airbags deployed. Car is totaled. Wife has been to the ER her Primary and a Orthopedic specialist. 6 Xrays. 2 CTs. And a MRI. MRI shows moderate disk injuries in her upper neck. Shes been having neck and back pain. Headaches. Numbness in her shoulders down to her hands. Driver's insurance accepted fault. 25k limit on Medical. Currently fighting them on car valuation. I have uninsured/ under insured motorist insurance as well.
