Overpaid one of my loans by mistake

One of my loans now has a negative value, called and reported it to mohela. They say three month wait for it to be reimbursed, I called three months later turns out they never even started the process. They start the process and I call back three months later and then tell me its 3 months (in business days only not including weekends😂)Marked it on my calendar I need to call them in June now. Uncertain if the negative amount is gaining reverse interest but that would be funny.

Boy I cannot wait to somehow finally get the paid in full email on this one and to never have to deal with these people again
