Another Mohela Post (They take my payment but say it’s late)

I am pretty financially savvy and keep a very close eye on my credit. I have been on autopay with mohela for 2 years and then in January Mohela stopped reporting one of my loans as paid. It shows as though I have missed a payment. I then immediately made an extra manual payment. The same thing happened in february. I called and went through the "we'll look into it." The loan balance is going down and the payment is showing, but it says I am missed the payment.

Fast Forward to March and I went through a 10 day supervisor, who saw the issue and promised to resolve it. *CRICKETS. Then in April I went to another department who promises to fix it. I've received calls the whole time from mohela saying it's delinquent. Keep in mind my other 3 loans with them are fine just the one.
Finally today experian notifies me of a 90day late payment. Credit score dropped 200 pts. I already disputed showing the payments and the withdraws from my checking. I put a payment to pay off the balance today just to be done with the loan, but it won't solve my delinquency. (RIP MY PSLF)

I am 100% in the right and have the receipts to back it up including an attorney general request in April. Its an it issue. How would I contact a lawyer? Or is there someone else that needs my info.
