I was rear ended by a Tesla commercial driver the damages in my car are not bad since I have a pilot it sat higher but we were at complete stop. It was my 5 kids and myself in the vehicle. We do have whiplash , my son has a headache and went to the ER they diagnosed him with a minor head injury and is with whiplash since we have a lot of shoulder and back pain. What should we expect I’m in CA
