$EUV is one of my core semiconductor holdings and I keep getting asked why I don't just buy ASML directly.
The ETF gives you ASML plus the broader ecosystem – optics manufacturers, light source tech, metrology firms. That diversification across the value chain is real and meaningful.
Also easier to hold in retirement accounts. First lithography ETF on the market.
$EUV keeps quietly moving up – does anyone follow this one?
