I make below minimum wage but I dont qualify for Economic Hardship with Nelnet?

Hello,

I have been using th SAVE program for years and I got an email today saying it will end but that i could apply for Forbearance, Economic Hardship or Unemployment. I make $2500 a month and so i applied for the Economic Hardship option and it said I dont qualify! The minimum wage in Washington is about $2700 in Washington state so I am assuming they are using the entire country minimum wage.

Has anyone else had to deal with this today?
