School Misconduct Discharge — Advice

So I've been struggling with what was originally $90k and has become $175k in private loans with SallieMae/Navient/Mohela for 15 years now. This has resulted in a variety of hardships for me and my parents (who are co-signers). Recently while talking to a Mohela rep, she noted what school I went to (School of Visual Arts, NYC) and sent me a School Misconduct Discharge Application.

My problem is that I don't have a lot of documentation to prove how the school's financial aid counselor pushed me to take these loans at risk of losing my place in the school, and how I was encouraged to take loans to go full time instead of going part time and only taking an affordable course-load at a time.

I'm wondering if anyone here has successfully gone through a School Misconduct Discharge, and what documentation you provided. If any of you happened to go to SVA and could help with providing direct documentation of promises the school made, that would be great, but even guidance on what kind of documentation they're looking for is helpful.
