Clarity Act Dump Pump

I’m thinking Bitcoin price gonna get pushed down ahead of Senate Banking Committee Thursday on whether to push Clarity Act bill forward or not.
Weak hands sell, it moves forward, people FOMO in, then it drops. Thoughts?
