I’ve been learning about the export side of grooming and beauty instruments recently, and what stood out to me is how much repeat business comes from long-term distributor relationships rather than aggressive scaling.

    A lot of salon suppliers, barber distributors, and beauty wholesalers seem to stay with reliable suppliers for years once quality and communication are consistent.

    Compared to many online businesses today, this feels much more relationship-based and less trend-dependent.

    Curious if others in wholesale/import-export industries have noticed the same thing in their sectors?
