A lot of people are starting to worry that the crazy AI boom (Nvidia, Microsoft, Meta and the gang) has turned into a full-blown bubble.

The top 10 stocks now control over 40% of the whole S&P 500, valuations are higher than during the dot-com bubble, and the market looks super stretched. Steve Hanke even called it “bubble territory” and compared it straight to 2000.

So… is this time really different because AI is actually useful, or are we heading for a nasty crash?
