Hi all! Now that it's been right at a year since starting my LLC and I have reasonable projections for revenue (and with it personal income), I'm looking at starting my business credit journey for cash flow reasons.
Current Personal Cards:
Colony Bank Platinum Visa (Elan), opened December 2021 with $1,500 SL
PayPal Credit (Synchrony), opened December 2022 with $2,000 SL
Wells Fargo Autograph, opened December 2025 with $2,500 SL
Oldest Account Age: 4 years 5 months
Chase 5/24: 1/24
Current scores with sources:
EX (direct): 739
TU (C1 CreditWise): 751
EQ (MyFICO): 766
Income: $20,000 projected with $8,500 of that being from the LLC.
Average Monthly Spend:
Dining: $550
Gas: variable, averages max of $100 on months I travel frequently.
Groceries: $150
Purpose of next card is to have a dedicated card for my LLC for business purchases, such as hardware for IT jobs or personal computer systems I build and sell as supplemental income for the business.
I have been interested in the new US Bank Business Prime Card. I have also considered the Chase Ink Business Cash and C1 Spark 1.5% or 2% cards.
The only category that would be important for my use is fuel, mostly because I use my personal vehicle when making trips to purchase hardware in person.
Additional Info: I ran the pre-approval tool on C1 website using my business EIN and personal SSN and it showed pre-approved offers for spark 1.5% and 2% and then the venture business cards.
