Okay I'm gonna give this a shot. I'm an operations manager based in Quezon City, Philippines with some marketing and people skills. I have worked remotely for US companies for 8 years now. I genuinely enjoyed it more than working in that requires me to go outside.
Yes, I miss going out more. I see myself doing this long term. I was actually offered the same role 2 years ago by a CEO from Hong Kong, but I declined it because he wanted me to work 6 days a week and on-call on Sundays. I'm loooking to connect with someone who offers a better work-life balance.
