Best way to bridge BTC to USDC?

Hi everyone, I want to convert some Bitcoin into USDC and keep control of my keys. I’ve read a bit about bridges connecting BTC to other chains, but I’m not sure which are reliable. Would love to hear about experiences or tips from people who’ve done this.
