It seems that the oil markets will remain irrational right to the bitter end. Predictions: Eventual oil price chaos (higher, of course) and the ‘surprise’ call for energy lockdowns and other punitive measures.

China is estimated to hold the world’s largest emergency oil reserves, about 1.3 billion barrels as of 2026.
Also they have discovered that Energy independence is important early and ramped up their renewables Like Germany's wettest dreams. Plus flooding their and domestic markets with ev solutions and co. They have a lot of oil. They need a lot less oil. And they won't have a shock as other countries.
US will run out of diesel before Labor Day, big rigs abandoned all over the interstate, but on a positive note, it'll make a dent in the obesity epidemic since everybody's gonna be walkin, forced cardio, long Reebok.

Hey Chris I've been watching you since covid and I really appreciate your insights and wisdom. However myself and I'm sure others don't have any money invested in the market or do we have money to invest in a paywall but we still appreciate your insight and your predictions of the future. You seem to be creating this have versus have nots wall between you and the people that appreciate your information and the people that can afford to profit by whatever your stock portfolio pics are. Myself and I'm sure lots of others would appreciate if you would just tell us your beliefs about what's going on and how we give this position ourselves to not get totally screwed a little bit without paying the thousand dollars a year or a month or whatever it is we don't have it. So could you please figure out a way to provide the lesser of us with the information that will help us while still retaining the profit margin you need to keep the channel successful. I feel like this channel is just become teasers for locked up information that we can't afford to have.

One possible mechanism that the US could be using to manipulate the Futures market could be short the price just before Trump declares 'progress' because it knows precisely when this will happen then use the profits to buy into market later in order to cap it. I have no evidence that this is happening or if it's even possible.

The Iran stuff is Trump's way of causing the Chinese to use up their strategic reserves so they can't invade Taiwan. Expect the Hormuz "problem" to continue for a long time.
