Panel: Europe’s path from energy crisis to lasting resilience

The 2022 supply shock following Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine and the threat to imports posed by disruptions in the Strait of Hormuz have exposed structural vulnerabilities in the European energy system, pushing a coordinated demand strategy and resource diversification to the center of the continent’s economic and political agenda. Bringing together industry and political leaders from both sides of the Atlantic, this panel will examine the policy and investment decisions needed to drive Europe from crisis response to long-term resilience, and the role the transatlantic relationship can play in strengthening energy security on the continent.
