Submitting new student loan plan. Having technical issues submitting.

Was looking for advice on a potential fix. When attempting to submit a new student loan plan, I keep getting “save attempt failed” after each page. When I get to the final page and submit, it won’t complete and stay on the same page. I have tried using an iPhone and a Windows PC. Any suggestions on how to successfully submit?
