Feels so weird- first payment date after loans were discharged

A few days ago I shared that my private loans were discharged due to my service providers TPD program. Well yesterday was my normal payment date and while I did not call to make the payment. I did reach for my phone to do a payment.

Then I woke up today freaking out that I had forgotten to pay my bill. I then remembered that they were discharged. It feels so weird and I think it’s going to take a couple of months for me to not reach for my phone to make a payment out of habit.

Anyone else ever feel like this during the early days after your loans were gone/fully paid
