Water damage causes damage to downstairs neighbor’s condo

Going to be the one to pay for the damage. They informed her that goes through the personal
Liabilities claims. They contacted her and myself today. They obviously need more information and documents from the HOA and she called me saying it seems like my insurance won’t cover the damages, even know the claim is still open and they’re just collecting documents atm. So I asked her what about her insurance and she’s claiming they won’t because it’s not her fault but I feel that’s wrong. Her insurance is already paying for her to stay at a hotel while the repair work is going on. Why would they not cover the damage to her condo? It seems my insurance would only cover it if there was negligence on my part. Do you guys think she’s just trying to get money out of me?! Any advice would be appreciated .
