We looked at a home today, loved the yard, the town and the brick outside. But we found out the ceilings all through the house are all 78 inches or lower (6 foot 6 inches) and apparently in NJ and most of the country a normal loan will deny this home.
Has anyone heard about this?
NJ home buyer. Low ceilings.
