My husband is currently retiring from an OCONUS location. The kids and I are going to do an advanced return of dependents back to the states. From my understanding, we will get BAH for the address we give. Since we are in the process of retirement, where we finally end up could change based on the job and housing market. How does this work with BAH and HHG if we start at one location, but end up elsewhere? Does anyone have guidance?
Ex: The kids and I go to Baltimore for 2 months and stay with family, but then my husband finds a job in Florida for post retirement. Can our HHG go to Florida if we are in Baltimore?
