700 Dollar payments on the IDP

I am sitting here trying to recertify my plan and my lowest option is 700 dollars a month. I just got out of my masters program in February and have not secured employment. The downside is me and my husband filed our taxes together so it's pulling from his. Are there any options for me ? I am regretting trying to better myself
