      Great video, lots of good info and tools, but even more helpful is the advice. Make a plan now while things are boring. Later when things get crazy you can relax and remember all the work you did to make a solid plan, take your profits and go on your merry little way! Cheers!

      Great video Rob thank you! I started studying and learning about crypto last summer in the bull run and have learned so much from you and the DCA crew. I began accumulating back in Feb (too early, should have waited a few more months but was excited to get my feet wet) and have acquired a decent size portfolio for being only 27 years old. I have about 10k in the market now and am DCA'ing daily now during these low times. I am excited for the years to come in this space and i appreciate all the work you put into your content.       Crazy Rob but the more I follow crypto channel regarding trading / selling etc the more I become a Maxi. That kind of Wallstreet style mentality is definitely not for me . Still like you though .

      Every chart you’ve displayed have a bit of nostalgia attached to it…. with the specific nostalgic attitude of the day participants. Today, we have much larger networking, new big institution ect. I suggest a simple Bollinger Band w an RSI indicator and just let the price do the talking. Smiles

      Hey Rob on the issue of tiredness, running a YouTube channel is a mental drain. Whether you like it or not, you carry other people's baggage and nothing is more pressuring than people who are affected by finances. Take MUCH more time off, remember, almost non of the people who watch your channel will give a hoot if you fall off the perch. They will migrate to another channel and carry on regardless. So look after yourself first and spare a little for others as best you can.

      I believe Ben was one of, if not the first proponent of extended cycles. As a matter of fact, when you search for "Bitcoin extended cycle", the first 7 videos are his lol.

      I guess Ben is not so smart after all. Had I not bought into this extended cycle nonsense I would've been in much better shape.

      Not blaming Ben since my own greed had a big part to play into believing this theory in the first place, but man, was he wrong about it. How many thousands of people held for too long because of his theories?

      I plan to get my initial investment out, prob and little profit on top, and then let the rest ride for like 10 years. Hopefully I will be rewarded, if not at least I didn’t lose anything either

      Historical data is BS and no longer relevant. 2025 means nothing. The whole collapse was caused by money printing inflation from covid and Russian war. Anything can happen good or bad in 2023 , 2024. You have to play the market as it appears. Your analysis is way off.

      " Being a bag holder" in 2025 will mean holding between 65k and 250k ( conservative range). If you're buying aggressively at 22k…who cares! When you sell, what superior asset class are you divesting into?

      Everyone has felt the pain of a draw down in 2022 so I have a feeling most will sell wayyy to early this bull run. Might be a better plan to think about the 2027-2028 time frame to sell if your in the 20-40 yr age range.

      Thanks, good stuff! So how should I plan? It seems to me that indicators cant really deal with macro events. Maybe, as one indicator said, 40k would have been a good place to buy. But then we had Luna take it down to 30k. Then Celsius etc took it down to 20k. I'm no statistician , but it seems like they're finely tuning parameters ( 350dma X2) until they find one that fits. And there's only a relatively handful of data points to hit (how many tops and bottoms have there been? )
      So how should I plan? for example, go in (or out) hard when 3 out of 4 indicators agree? just trying to figure how to incorporate all this info

      The 4 year cycle 'makes sense' if most market elements remain equal. I feel like crypto will start to perform differently for two main reasons: Market elements are fundamentally different this cycle (pandemics; wars; inflation, regulation) and awareness/adoption. To that end, I think the next 2 to 6 years will be an anomaly when reflecting on the charts. Not financial advice.

      I like having a plan idea and the four year cycle. However, "shit happens" as the saying goes and if you stick with a plan that was made before the shit happened, well, that doesn't seem like a good strategy. Now we have the new Blackrock news. Is it a game changer and one should change the plan or is it not enough to warrant changing the plan?

      I believe all the charts will be out the door the day legislation is sign establishing BTC and ETH are commodities. That will be the day Blackrock and Wells Fargo will pull the trigger. All the charts to date, with a little exception to the last year, are based on retail activity. Blackrock is the largest asset manager in the world bar none. When you consider the rest of the large player jumping in once legislation is approved, the paradigm for chart analysis will all change. Come on Mid-terms.

      The legacy markets will not forever hold strength. US dollar is failing. In fact I feel it has already failed. They are just propping it up. I also feel like that has been proven time and time again.… So selling back into the market for Fiat worthless paper only furthers & prolongs the problem of their fiat money debt slave control system. CONTROL.

      I use a squeeze mob and RSI on the 6 day to call the tops and sold both tops last year. I'm going to be using the same indicators on the s&p 500 on the monthly to call the bottom for all markets. Bitcoin is not going to sustain it's local bottom unless the s&p 500 reverses so we're not at the bottom yet. And just to let you know the top in 2021 was not in November and in fact that was just a result of a blow off top of the stock market pulling all markets with it.

      I did that exactly! I studied and researched stocks and crypto all of 2019 . Paper traded and knew I was ready to go in with my plan. Perfect timing for it in 2020. Sold out January 2021 just as planned. Got fomo bought back in February all speculative stocks and altcoins. When it dropped the first time I went into margin bad mistake! I got caught up in the hype now I'm down 75%. I'm just riding it out DCA now.
