one of your main concern in the xrp charts has been lately on the backtest of the ,38 level on #XRP, if you look at the last bull runs 2017 and 2020 charts show same kind of moves upward without retesting, of course they get to come back sometime as you mentioned,but after long time, best examples are 11 Dec 2017 and April 2021 , (8 and 6 months after respectfully, do you consider this could be a strong case to get new ATH and then come back to retest?
