      Great update Francis, time running out for the discount window in Silver. BoA and JP Morgan basically sending contracts back and forward in a wind down. Also looks like a Gold backed, Crypto tracked, Gold Standard is on the way (Straight from the Chairman of the World Gold Council). Great advice and proven profit making tips. I can confirm that stops, limit orders and targets (before we enter a trade), drastically improve performance with HVF Method.

      First Majestic Silver mines less and less silver in favour of gold each year… But this isnt the biggest problem i found… Huge chunk of what's produced goes towards royalty companies that have financed FSM for what now seems like fast and unhealthy attempt at company growth.
      On top of that we have a nice loss per share but directors and some employees and consultants receive bonuses.
      The discount rate on the company assumption used in the determination of the fair value includes IMO very LOW discount rate of 5%; gold price of 1750; Average gold grade over life of mine 6.0g/t; —— This leaves no margin of error and no value for investors imo.
      From what I've seen i dislike FSM as investment, epsecially for silver. From what i gather the upside potential one might hope for is FSM's inventory of silver, but that seems more like a gamble at this point.
      I personally would prefer Fresnillo for silver exposure… they have 50:50 gold to silver production and on top of that are currently profitable on per share basis.
      WPM has awesome financial…. but is waaaay too expensive.
      EDV i havent researched enough since the brokers i cuurently use dont have it listed for trade.

      AG at anywhere between $5.20-$6.25 is a gift. Don't be fooled by the sharp downturn. @$5.20 is a long-term uptrend line. From there, it's an easy 5-6x over the next 6-18 months, depending on what silver does. Silver takes patience, some producers can take even more, and AG is at the top of the list.

      Jerritt Canyon is a new project for AG which is taking up capital. I don't believe Keith Neumeyer could pick a loser. In the mining space, one follows leaders of projects above all else.

      The reason First Majestic is under performing is due to the Jerritt Canyon Mine and the difficulty turning it around into a profitable mine. Currently cash costs are $2519/oz and AISCs of $2,865/oz for JC. AG also sold shares via the ATM facility – During the year (2022), the Company sold 11,869,145 common shares under the At-the-Market Distribution programs at an average price of $9.80 per common share for gross proceeds of $116.3 million.

      Jerritt Canyon needs to get costs under control to lift the weight on the stock. Do you have faith in Keith to do it…

      Cheers, Francis, your intelligent analysis is easy to follow, though I do watch twice!! A worthy consideration for a safe American jurisdiction silver miner, Blackrock Silver/Bkrrf. Bonanza grade ore, mine friendly Nevada.

      .Good Angle..As of now, it’s hard to nail down specific predictions for the market is because it’s not yet clear how quickly or how much the Federal Reserve can bring down inflation and borrowing costs without tanking buyer demand for everything from homes to cars.

      Just not at this level. Holding mostly defense and some wheaton. Been nice to be stable with less risky plays. Blur farming on the crypto side. Hopefully get another 5 fig airdrop

The other day I had the great opportunity to buy more first Majestic Silver when it fell $1.98 the other day what a buy wow I’m up $1.50 today thanks for all the help. It’s amazing how much Rick Rule owns. He must be stupid as well as myself. Thanks again.i didn’t watch you till today. Might keep it .
