Silver will never break out because of the futures market. They can hold the price down as much as they want. That is why silver hit 50 USD Oz in 1980 and is 25 USD OZ today 43 years later, let that sink in what other comodity 43 years ago is trading at half it value. Buy silver hold it for 43 years sell for 50% loss. Proabbly a bad investment silver is.
People can't fund their retirement so they sure can't afford to buy silver. This can get ugly. If people don't have cash to repay debt, banks will go out of business. Without cash, people can't buy anything. Working folk don't have money to buy silver. A 3rd world country this will become.
