did you know the USA wanted to Nuke Israel to create a canal after the Suez Crisis of 1956 the USA proposed a new canal running from the Gulf of akaba to the Mediterranean and the proposed method was using 520 nuclear bombs to create this canal however this was never done because firstly it is purely stupid as it could potentially destroy our planet secondly Egypt’s Canal is the shortest and most efficient route while this one would add around 50 extra miles
