opening a fast-food restruant in a small town in New Zealand

I'm new to this sub and I'm sure this is quite a commonly asked question. But I'm considering opening a franchise in my town in South Island New Zealand, I live in a small town, a 30-minute drive to the city.

in the city, there are 3 Taco Bells,1 Carls Junior, 17 Mcdonalds, 10 KFCs, 7 subways and 2 Burger Kings. please keep in mind this info is from Google and may not be 100% accurate.
in my town, there is 1 McDonald's 1 KFC 1 subway.
I'm thinking whether a Starbucks even though I hate coffee and a Burger King, taco bell possibly but it gave my mother food poisoning
