You are precisely correct. Four years I've been waiting to hear about development and usage on the XRPL. Up to now, it seems it's just waiting for RIPPLE to make another announcement about they're doing. Which is fine. But, where's everybody else? A ledger is no good if no one uses it. Obviously. That goes for Stellar, too. I'm not a DEV, I'm old. I'd like to really see development and usage expand exponentially before I die.

Doge has a huge Market cap because its been in circulation now for years.. DROP on the XRPL hit a $12M market cap the other day before the pullback and it did all that in about 8 days.. EIGHT FREAKING DAYS Drop isn't even on the DEX screener yet or listed anywhere.. wait til it is.. for all those people who said damn, looking back now I wish I had bought some doge when it started.. they will probably walk right past this opportunity as well.. Buying these coins with your xrp means you don't leave the XRP eco system.. you are paying XRP and being paid profits in XRP>> I doubled my XRP bag in about 3 days.. I am a gambler though so…

My problem with any application on the xrp ledger is- lets say xrp reaches ATH again, who is going to want to lock up 10 xrp ≈ $30 to use the blockchain? Especially newcomers. That has to go for greater usage imo
