    The Russian submarine fleet is concentrated in the Barents, Norwegian and North Seas and in the Arctic Ocean.

    Russia has long seen the Arctic as an important source of revenue, national pride and strategic importance.

      The way Russia keeps their ground forces in good shape with rust and WW II tanks, how much do you think they keep their subs working- Russia is up to no good with a dictator but if certain high end tech makes missiles a thing of the past then all this will be nothing but a waste of money which Russia is good at doing and killing it's own people.
