Homelessness in a World of Music, Technology and Entertainment- Does Music heal?! The Future is Now! Alixx Schottland of Over the Rainbow Entertainment (with musical film Love Music Shelter in development) interviews Mike Johns, Keith Perrin, Osei Kwaku, Chris Gotti to discuss the influence of music, politics and technology on youth in America today.

Love Music Shelter, inspired by true events and street buskers in New York City, is a raw, character-driven urban drama with strong musical elements. The story centers on a co-dependent relationship between Lila, a beautiful, alcoholic mother, and Sam, her musically gifted bi-racial teenage daughter, as they navigate the harsh realities of living on the streets in New York City. When Sam gets accepted to a prestigious performing arts school, the opportunity tests their fragile mother and daughter connection, but ultimately leads to a more promising future off the streets. The goal is to feature homeless and formerly homeless buskers with celebrity actors and musicians to help shed a bright light on the homeless problem in America and make changes in the shelter system in America and beyond!
