First off, why did I sell my stocks? Well, I am not a stock specialist, but I have a very good understanding of real estate investing. It made more sense for me to sell off my stocks since finding great real estate deals to invest in makes a lot more sense. It all comes down to opportunity cost when it came to me selling off my stocks.
Secondly, I sold my entire crypto portfolio which was over a million dollars! I sold all my bitcoin, Ethereum, and every alt coin. Believe it or not, even though I had over a million dollars in crypto, I lost around $50,000 when I sold off my crypto. Once again, I will be using that money to invest in real estate!
Lastly, I sold my Tesla Model X! If you haven’t seen already, I ended up buying a Porsche!
