Since 2018 the Russian energy firm Gazprom has been constructing a second pipeline under the Baltic sea.
Now it says Nord Stream 2 is complete, and the company wants to start sending gas as soon as possible.
But there are delays while the pipe is certified… and there is still political nervousness over the Russia-EU connection.
