In this video, I discuss two different types of cryptocurrency scams:

    1) The category of “I built a better Bitcoin that I want to dump on you”
    2) The category of “I’m a Bitcoin maxi, but I still have a new token to dump on you.”

The latter type of scam is much more insidious and parasitical, as it pretends to be pro-Bitcoin, all the while pushing a pre-mined new token that has already been awarded to insiders in large quantities.

I believe that Stacks (STX) falls into the latter category. It is just another garbage altcoin that tries to garb itself in angelic Bitcoin clothing.

STX is really no different from Ethereum– it’s just another pre-mined utility token that you need to use to pay for gas on the network.

By contrast, both Liquid and Lightning use BTC as their token.
