      I believe you're right that d-wave is tied to the government. I remember watching Gordie Rose cofounder of d-wave 13 years ago talking about the first quantum computer they built and were working with NASA and Google. I thought the company was dead but it just got resurrected. Knowing there is ties to blockchain is very interesting. Quincy doesn't even talk about xdc and d-wave ( at least I haven't heard anything from him).
