A devastating new report just dropped – and it’s EMBARRASSING for Trump: Exactly ZERO companies have moved all their manufacturing to the United States since Trump took office.

I’ve got no love for the pedo but this isn’t surprising, that move takes time.

Edit* even if a company wanted to 100% reshore I doubt they could have done that in the few months since the liberation day debacle

    2. Companies can’t stand competition having manufacturing plant in USA. Count regulations , safety , environment , hourly rate etc etc and in no time they will be bankrupt. They need some what off shore centers where low wage workers work and export product to USA.. Asia is worlds factory

    3. Some EXPLOSIVE journalism coming out of CNN. They’re really peeling back the onion on this very specific criteria not even a year into his term. Moving 100% of a supply chain would take years if not a decades.

What a stupid report. I hate Trump but this is mad stupid saying how many companies moved 100% out of all major significant players would obviously be zero as they are massive, GE had a massive 3 Billion dollar investment last week in moving back manufacturing from Mexico to the US and that’s still nowhere near the companies max size. There is very very few truly Global companies that have 100% of their manufacturing in any one country because it creates too much risk when you’re on that scale. Any company of that size moving 100% of manufacturing to a single country is very risky.

    5. How can they make multi-year, multi-billion dollar decisions off of this inconsistency? He just pushed the Chinese tariffs back another 90 days. If you’re GM, do you start building a factory to source your parts in 2028, today? What if Ford doesn’t do that and Trump never imposes the tariff? You’re suddenly screwed for “building in America”. So yeah, American companies get messed over while the rest of the world adjusts to not do business with inconsistent America

    6. I am happy to see critical thinking in the comments on Reddit. Hate on Trump all you want but recognize propaganda when you see it. Bravo.

Do we need them to move everything? No! How much has been moved is the question? 10% 20%? What a bullshit statement!

    8. Lol most of these agreements just happened it takes time for you to move into a new plant or build one

    9. Of course not. Everyone sees this as a short term period of craziness. No business with sense is going to assume that this will continue…certainly not past the midterms but likely not even that long. Corporations are going to hunker down, look for loopholes, reduce exports to the U.S. (driving our prices even higher) and adjust business operations for a while but they are building new factories and closing factories for Fat Donald, no matter how much he posts on “Truth Social”.
