Is this even possible??? I've tried navigating their menu like a million different ways and I cannot get ahold of an actual person to speak to. All I want to do is tell them how to allocate the payment that will be coming through from my employer assisted repayment program but there is literally no way I can contact them it seems. I tried to send a secure message but it wouldn't even let me click the 'Submit' button. WTF

    How do you speak to a rep at Mohela?!?!?

    1. Try saying “talk to a person” or “customer service representative” when it goes through the menu. Sometimes that will bypass the options and take you to a person.

    2. When I had Mohela and had this program, they applied it incorrectly about 25% of the time. There was a note on the account but they don’t care. And it wasn’t worth my time to call them over $100 every 3 months or so
