Given that NVDA hasn't rallied after earnings and SPX will likely (?) retreat tomorrow morning from today's highs, do you think we can face the usual seasonal downturn in Sept-Oct that analysts like to warn about?
If so, does anyone remember their option strategies from the corresponding period of time last year? Because looking at the SPX, it had been on a steady growth from ~Sep 6th 2024 till end of October. So I'm not sure what this seasonal downturn is all about?

The September October negative seasonal is one of the most reliable ones so you would do well to read up about it. Combine that with low volatility and peak bullish public sentiment readings it makes for a compelling trade.
