I have ~100 online workers ready to work. Looking for ideas

Hi everyone,
I recently built a small community of around 100 online workers (remote, different countries). They are all verified and ready to take on simple online tasks.

My first ideas were:

Data labeling (for AI training datasets)

Lead generation (scraping Google Maps, LinkedIn, etc.)

But I feel the competition might be very high in these fields.

I wanted to ask:
👉 What other tasks or services do you think we could offer that small businesses or agencies actually need?
👉 If anyone here runs an agency or needs scalable manpower for repetitive tasks, I’d be open to collaborate or even do a small free test project.

I’m not here to sell anything, just trying to figure out what would bring the most value to business owners with the resources I currently have.
