I’ve been noticing this pattern. A lot of people grind on funnels, ads, cold emails and all the usual stuff. But one well-timed introduction often moves the needle more than months of all that.

I’m not saying you shouldn’t have your systems tight. They matter. But the leverage of people keeps surprising me.

I’ve literally seen businesses jump revenue tiers overnight because the right conversation finally happened. And the wild part is that kind of shift usually doesn’t come from a book or a course. It comes from being positioned so the right people actually want to connect with you.

So I’m curious. What’s been the single connection point that created the biggest shift in your journey?

    1. Totally agree, sometimes one warm intro opens doors that years of cold outreach never could.

    2. I’ve just started doing cold outreach, but people aren’t interacting the way I expected. I’ve watched a ton of videos on how to structure messages, and even though my open and click rates are great, no one actually replies to test the product. What kind of warm intros are you using? I’m curious to learn.

    3. One idea is you create your own narrative, community and funnel – rather than doing cold outreach spend the time offering an invite to an event you host, one thing I have been a part of was this idea of a city supper club. People would much rather connect IRL (we are social animals) than virtually. So put the energy in building your own community / newsletter and IRL engagement rather than nailing the perfect cold out reach with 0.1% open rates and 10% conversion.

      here is the idea:
find people you want to sell to > build community via a drinks / supper club > great a group chat > soft shill your services with a discount > keep the focus on community and connection rather than the sell. Then the sales will come.
