===> Brazil-India-China must choose between Russia and USA.
.
Brazil, India and China, and the other BRICS+ members and in general the mighty Global Southerners, 90% of the global population, choose accord to their national interests and agendas, and those are regarding the group,
1. Dedollarization and
2. A multipolar world order
.
Russia has been a leading player in advancing those two agendas. I have no idea if that country is not at least as close to USA as it is to the other BRICS+ members, but, if the mighty Global Southerners want to advance those two agendas, they can’t afford to alienate Russia, also, it will be much harder to achieve those agendas without Russia’s cooperation. Also consider that, USA is opposed to those two agendas, and should those three mentioned countries side with USA, the country will be even more opposed and it will be much harder to achieve those agendas.
The mighty Global Southerners and the BRICS+ members advance,
1. Dedollarization and
2. A multipolar world order
for a reason, they expect to get gigantic benefits in many areas:
Who is gonna benefit most from dedollarization ?
That is absolutely obvious, it will be the mighty Global Southerners, 90% of the global population, as dedollarization means to them, besides peace and security, annual gain of tens of trillions of USD:
The Global South is very much interested in dumping the USD ASAP, also, because, when the USD is no longer the global reserve currency,
1. the CIA won’t have the money to bribe/corrupt millions of officials around the world
2. USA won’t have the resources to run thousands of covert operations annually in the Global South
.
End of USD status = peace, stability, good governance, development & prosperity in the Global South (but not in the USA and the rest of the West)
.

The dumping of the USD is leading to gigantic shifts in the distribution of wealth around the world:
I think Brazil is closer to America than Russia and they got tariffed at 50%. The trump administration blamed India for the war and tariffed India at 50%. India isn’t propping up the Russian economy. Why would China pick America? The US is China’s main rival. Why would anyone pick America under Trump?

I don’t think that’s true. With a Russian asset in the presidency, I think the USA needs to choose between Russia and the USA. Then, maybe, depending on how the USA behaves, other countries will start aligning based on common values. But right now, the USA is Russia’s biggest ally.

Russia never tried to deposed a democratic elected government in Brazil. USA has tried multiple times since the 1950s, even now Brazilian democracy is under attack by the current US government.

No they don’t. This isn’t the Cold War anymore.
And even during Cold War there was the Non-Aligned Movement.
Brazil, India and China can choose each other. And for trade they can choose the EU/Canada/whatever.
The US and Russia should form a bloc of their own and wither together. We all know Donald would love it.
