I mean you can ignore them if you want to permanently ruin your credit and never own a home or other meaningful asset

Currently, I can’t even attempt as I just got back to work, so I am trying to focus on paying off my emergency credit cards first from being out of work, but my car also wants to start breaking down which has to be fixed for it to pass inspection… so it’s a 🤷♀️

I’m a recent graduate. Ive heard so many people say they have student loans but don’t pay it. I always wonder how they’ve gone so long without their wages being taken or their tax return taken.
Thought it wasn’t as big of an issues as I feared until a few months ago a co-worker that received a parent loan told me that their loan company unexpectedly took out $900 from their check.

Idk what my options are.. I just bought a home and want to have kids but I am at the cost of the Loans monthly OR have kids so yea that’s my debate atm
I refuse to raise my kids super poor and miserable bc I become a destrought stressed parent. Even 2 incomes atm isn’t sufficient. We would like have to move out of the area to afford children but I have to wait 2 years to sell my home tax penalt or whatever idk just feels daunting and sad we didn’t get affordable plans

Once a loan goes 270 days delinquent collection fees will be added, credit ruined, wages garnished, and tax returns offset.
