Need a Travelers employee please

Just applied for claims.

In the post, one of the prerequisites for the position was 1 year BI exp, or 2+ of general liability. I have no BI exp, but exceed in the latter.

The actual application asked "Do you have 1 year BI general liability?"

I knew whoever wrote that question, forgot to put the or between BI & general liability.

Against my better judgment, I selected no & got auto denied for the position.

Is there a recruiter I can reach out to? Or someone I can contact? I can no longer apply for this position. Thanks in advance.
