Hey, so I'm 4/24 now, I want to get my aeroplan card and go 5/24, but I want to get started on some citi and wells cards going too. I don't really want them to see the aeroplan and the csp in close proximity, so I want to apply before the account reports. I also don't want to slam 3 inquiries on one day and freak out any banks.

My Current Thought On the Strategy:

I'm in CA and know chase has pulled Experian every time. Seems like wells may pull experian or tu in CA,

Today: Aeroplan 85K, if I get denied I will cancel these plans and reapply for the aeroplan card in a month or two.

In 3 days to 1 week: Apply for WF autograph, got a mailer offer with a code

A few days after that, freeze experian (beat to shit by chase) and apply for custom cash. From what I've seen for the low end cards citi will usually accept pulling another bureau, but not for the strata premier, which is why I'm going custom cash. I also have seen pics of a window requesting an experian unfreeze from citi within 15m to process the app, so if they do decide they have to pull it, I can open it up. I also have 6 mo to do the sub on this card, so it won't interfere with the other two subs.

Does this seem like a solid plan? Is there any advantage or risk to stacking the inquiries all at once?

    Recent History:

    08/2025: Chase Business

    04/2025: Chase Personal

    09/2024: Chase personal

    08/2024: Chase Business

Help me properly execute my "going over 5/24" 3 credit card application spree.

I did something similar this spring. I was 4/24, applied for the CSP, Venture, and AAviator cards all on the same day (in that order) and was approved for each.

It probably would have been fine to wait a few days/weeks between them as long as nothing had been reported to the bureaus yet, but it didn’t trigger any shutdowns or anything for me.
