The crisis never ended. It's an ongoing economical crisis since 2008. It will kill everyone slowly. Everyone is too busy watching Netflix and being glued to their phones to even notice what's going on. The US never recovered from the 08 crisis and it's still ongoing slowly like a parasitic leech. Everything is getting smaller, more expensive, houses are being filled with 2-4 family households, apartments are costing as much as a regular homes, homeownership is no longer a thing, corruption everywhere. It's a dystopian nightmare and the whole nation is asleep

That was the time to get our fiscal house in order but Obama and Bernanke decided to punt.

There is a great book titled “Griftopia” by Matt Taibbi, all about how the 2008 crisis happened and Trumps role in it. Had to read it in college and couldn’t believe he got voted into office the first time. He made it in again because more than 2/3 of eligible voters (89 million) didn’t bother to vote. I blame them for letting him back in.
