Set my account to pay $5k on 9/1, but when I checked my account that day the payment disappeared. I put in another $5k, was charged for that. Now I have another $5k pulled from my checking, but mohela doesn’t show anything processing. First rep I talked to said she didn’t see a charge but that she would transfer me to advanced payment tech support. Been on hold for an hour. Anyone else have this issue? Are they just going to tell me to wait for this extra payment to show up on mohela? I’m giving up on getting it refunded, but it would be nice to know that it didn’t just get lost in the system.

Something happened where payments scheduled around the end of August/beginning of September got dropped. Other people here have reported that they were told these lost payments would be processed this week. So it may be possible you’re going to see both payments go through at some point, but yes, Mohela is experiencing an issue with their payment processing.
